Varadhi is a published academic, certified Focusing Teacher and an Ordained Buddhist in the Triratna Buddhist Tradition with a long standing interest in both Eastern and Western wisdom traditions. Her work is informed by somatic healing practices and traditional Buddhist teachings. She has been leading retreats and offering one-on-one guidance for over ten years.
